Refund Policy

7-day guarantee

If Interview Sarthi does not work on your computer and the steps on the help page do not fix it, email us within 7 days of purchase with what you tried. We refund the pass in full.

How it works

• Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card) through Dodo Payments, usually within 5–7 working days.
• The license key is disabled when the refund is issued.
• Passes are not pro-rated: after 7 days, or once a pass has been used for interviews, it is not refundable. Passes do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Try before you buy

The free trial (three sessions of 15 minutes) is identical to the paid product. Please test it on the computer and with the call software you will actually use before buying a pass.

Chargebacks

Please email us first — a refund request is answered faster than a bank dispute, and a dispute filed without contacting us disables the pass immediately.
