A pass: a license to use the Interview Sarthi desktop software on up to two of your own computers for a fixed period (30 or 90 days, as shown at checkout). The pass does not renew automatically. The software itself is a free download; without a pass it runs a limited trial.
The software calls Google Gemini (and optionally OpenAI or Groq) using an API key you create in your own account. Those services' terms and any charges they make apply to you directly. We do not provide, store or pay for AI usage.
You are responsible for using the software lawfully and within the rules of your employer, your educational institution, and any interview, examination or meeting you take part in. Some organisations prohibit assistance tools; check before you use one. Do not use the software to record or transcribe people without the consent the law of your place requires.
The software is provided “as is”. Transcriptions and AI-drafted answers can be wrong, late or missing; screen-capture exclusion depends on the other party's software and on your Windows version. We do not guarantee any interview outcome, employment, or that the overlay is invisible in every situation.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software or a pass is limited to the amount you paid for that pass.
A license key is personal. Sharing it beyond your two devices, reselling it, or attempting to bypass the license check ends the pass without refund.
