Last updated 27 September 2026 · Interview Sarthi is operated by an individual seller in India. Payments from India are processed by Cashfree Payments. Payments from outside India are sold through Dodo Payments Inc as merchant of record, which was also the case for every order placed before 16 September 2026.
A pass: a license to use the Interview Sarthi desktop software on one computer (2-Day Pass) or up to two of your own computers (1-Month Pass) for a fixed period (2 or 30 days, as shown at checkout). The days count from the first activation in the software, and a key must be activated within 30 days of purchase (passes bought outside India before 27 September 2026 counted from purchase). The pass does not renew automatically. The software itself is a free download; without a pass it runs a limited trial.
The software calls Google Gemini using an API key you create in your own account. Those services' terms and any charges they make apply to you directly. We do not provide, store or pay for AI usage, except the free Prep Sarthi demo, which runs on our own key.
You are responsible for using the software lawfully and within the rules of your employer, your educational institution, and any interview, examination or meeting you take part in. Some organisations prohibit assistance tools; check before you use one. Do not use the software to record or transcribe people without the consent the law of your place requires.
The software is provided “as is”. Transcriptions and AI-drafted answers can be wrong, late or missing; hiding the overlay from screen sharing depends on the other party's software and on your Windows version. We do not guarantee any interview outcome, employment, or that the overlay is invisible in every situation.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software or a pass is limited to the amount you paid for that pass.
A license key is personal. Sharing it beyond the devices your pass allows, reselling it, or attempting to bypass the license check ends the pass without refund.

Every Live Sarthi pass comes with a personal invite code. When someone buys a Live Sarthi pass with your code, activates it on their own computer, and has never bought a Live Sarthi pass before, you and they each receive one Free Interview Day: a separate license key for 24 hours of the software on one computer. Its 24 hours start at its first activation, and it must be activated within 30 days of being issued, or it expires unused. There is no limit on the number of friends, and codes do not expire.
No reward is given for your own purchases, for a pass activated on a computer where one of your own keys was activated, or for a purchase made with an email address or mobile number you have used. A Free Interview Day has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded. If the friend's pass is refunded, we may cancel both Free Interview Days. We may change or end the programme at any time; a Free Interview Day already issued stays valid until its own deadline. Do not send invite links as spam.
We may update the software and these terms; the terms in force when you bought a pass apply to that pass. Governing law: India.
