Three fixes that matter for finance and accounts professionals
- Put qualifications at the top. CA, CMA, ACCA or CFA, with the year or the level cleared, belong in the first lines, where a recruiter and a parser both look first.
- Name the ERP and the module. SAP FICO, Oracle, Tally or Workday, written out. “ERP experience” on its own is not what recruiters search for.
- Count the work. Entities consolidated, invoices a month, a close cut from eight days to five, audit points resolved.
