Practise the Infosys interview out loud

Infosys’s HackWithInfy page describes a coding competition with possible pre-placement interview opportunities. It is one route into Infosys; it does not establish a fixed interview format for every graduate role. Infosys HackWithInfy.

Use the invitation for timing, language, location, permitted tools and documents. This practice page does not guarantee a round count, salary, pass mark or selection result.

Explain your project beyond its summary

Say what problem you worked on, what you personally built, why you chose that approach and what you would change. Be ready to support any numbers on your CV.

Practise a follow-up without starting again

If asked for more detail, add a decision, example or test result. Repeating the opening answer does not fill the gap. Use the feedback report to choose one weak answer for your next practice session.

A 20-minute practice plan for Infosys

  1. Upload your CV and add the Infosys job description if you have it.
  2. Start on your project and the core subjects, and answer as you would in the technical round.
  3. When the questions turn personal, let your delivery change with them. Warmer, slower, first person.
  4. Have a real answer for why Infosys. One specific thing, not three general ones.
  5. Check the report for your words per minute. People speed up when they are uncomfortable, and the HR round is where that shows.

No. Prep Sarthi creates practice questions from your CV and target role. It is independent of Infosys; questions, round structure and hiring decisions come from the employer.

What should I upload?

Use the CV you plan to submit and the actual job description, if available. Check that your project details and dates are accurate before starting.

What should I do with the feedback?

Review the weak answers, check suggested facts against your own experience and practise those answers again. AI feedback can be wrong and is not an employer score.
