Practise the Capgemini interview out loud

Practise explaining your own projects and answering follow-up questions before your Capgemini interview. Add your CV and the actual job description, then speak your answers out loud and review the feedback.

Check your actual interview invitation

Capgemini’s India recruitment page describes screening, possible technical and language assessments, and interviews that vary by position. Your invitation determines the assessment components; a game round or a particular coding language is not universal. Capgemini India recruitment process.

Use the invitation for timing, language, location, permitted tools and documents. This practice page does not guarantee a round count, salary, pass mark or selection result.

Explain your project beyond its summary

Say what problem you worked on, what you personally built, why you chose that approach and what you would change. Be ready to support any numbers on your CV.

Practise a follow-up without starting again

If asked for more detail, add a decision, example or test result. Repeating the opening answer does not fill the gap. Use the feedback report to choose one weak answer for your next practice session.

A 20-minute practice plan for Capgemini

Use your free demo to find one or two answers that need work. This is a suggested practice plan, not an estimate of the employer’s interview duration.

  1. Upload the CV with the project you will be asked about, and add the job description if you have it.
  2. Choose English. If the communication round is what worries you, this is the round to rehearse.
  3. Answer out loud in full sentences. Do not summarise, and do not stop at the first full stop.
  4. When a follow-up asks for more detail, answer that point directly before returning to the rest of your explanation.
  5. Read the report for answer feedback and speaking measures such as pace and pauses. These can guide practice; they are not the employer’s scoring rubric.

Does this reproduce the Capgemini interview?

No. Prep Sarthi creates practice questions from your CV and target role. It is independent of Capgemini; questions, round structure and hiring decisions come from the employer.

What should I upload?

Use the CV you plan to submit and the actual job description, if available. Check that your project details and dates are accurate before starting.

What should I do with the feedback?

Review the weak answers, check suggested facts against your own experience and practise those answers again. AI feedback can be wrong and is not an employer score.
